In the morning the breakfast is served in the Orangerie. Restaurant ENTE: The Hotel Nassauer Hof offers a first-class restaurant service. Since 1979 the restaurant 'ENTE' has become an international meeting point for gourmets and has regularly been honored for 25 years with the Michelin star award. The restaurant chef Gerd M. Eis offers his guests a light, fresh and modern cuisine. His cooking style is cosmopolitan, and surprises the guest one day with a Mediterranean touch, the next with Asian flair and the day after it might be typically French. Entenbistro: Additionally to the Ente, the Entenbistro offers its guests a casual flair with homemade kitchen. Nassauer Hof Bar: Fireside bar with piano music, gentle strains of music to mark the end of the day, complemented by excellent drinks, served in front of a crackling fire. The Nassauer Hof Bar meets the standards of what discerning travelers expect of a five-star luxury hotel: the bar atmosphere is classic, dignified and charming.
